Staff Training

Your cleaning staff are the key people in your service. They need to understand what and why they are completing specific tasks and paperwork. Our staff training provide this as well as offering an annual refresher course to ensure the high standards you achieve are sustained.

Staff Motivation

Your cleaning staff are at the heart of any service or business. The biggest obstacle is how to keep your staff motivated, passionate and interested in what they are doing.

The foundations of your service or business has to work effectively and efficiently for everything else to fall into place.

Cleaning Guidance

Your cleaning needs to be practical and efficient in order for you to maximise work load and to be cost effective.

Putting the correct cleaning routines, rotas and methods in place will make your service or business a smooth operating system rather than a stressed and hectic environment.

Product Guidance

Are your products effective? Are there other products that would make your environment safer for staff and residents? Understanding your cleaning products and how they can work for you is just as important as your cleaning guidance and routines.

COSHH Advice

COSHH is the law that requires employers to control substances that are hazardous to health. That includes every substance that is used including hand soap and sanitiser.

COSHH can be a minefield if you do not understand what you are doing. In order to pass any audit you will have to ensure that your paper work is relevant, correct and up to date.

Health & Safety Advice

Employers have a legal requirement to protect the health, safety and welfare at work of all their employees. This also extends to casual workers, the self-employed, residents, visitors and the general public.

Employees need to be aware of your policies and how to implement them.
